Does my Food Stay Frozen?
Yes, we have a proven packing and shipping system that allows for two and a half days.
The meals leave our packing freezer at between -17 and -18 degrees.
They are packed in airpop polystyrene containers to insulate from ambient temperatures.
Your meals should arrive frozen (below 0 degrees).
If something goes wrong with shipping delays, which is rare - the top or side meals may start to soften. These meals could go straight into your fridge for consumption if partly frozen.
If you are unsure about the safety of your meals, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can advise further.
