Does my Food Stay Frozen?

Yes. We use a validated packing and shipping system designed to keep your meals frozen for up to 2 days in transit.

Meals leave our packing freezer at -17°C to -18°C and are packed in insulated Airpop (polystyrene) containers to protect them from ambient temperatures.

Your meals should arrive frozen (below 0°C).

In the rare event of courier delays, meals on the top or sides of the box may begin to soften.

If meals arrive:

• Still cold to the touch, and

• At refrigerated temperature (below 5°C),

They may be placed immediately into your fridge and consumed within 48 hours.

If meals are:

• Above 5°C,

• Fully thawed and warm, or

• You are unsure about their safety,
