Subscriptions: Changing Credit/Debit Card

 

 If you would like to update your credit or debit card the subscription system has stored.

  1. From the FRESHCHEF.NZ website
  2. Log in to your account  (You can create one here or watch a "how to" here)
  3. Choose  MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION 
  4. Choose "Payment Details" - where you can review current details
  5. Choose Edit 
  6. Enter new credit or debit card details. Including card number, expiry details and CVC number from the back of your card
  7. Don't forget to "Save Changes" 

Using SHOP PAY?

If you are using Shop Pay, no payment method is stored in your Shopify login profile. You will need to update your payment details directly within your Shop Pay account. Please refer to this -> Manage your Shop Pay account.

Please note card details are not stored for one off orders.
