Here's what's going on with your orders over Easter. 

Shipping & Easter:

April

Tues 26th  ✅	Shipping as Normal
Weds 27th ✅	Shipping as Normal (Not Rural ❌)
Thur 28th ❌	Not Shipping
Mon 1st ❌	Not Shipping
Tues 2nd ✅	Back to Normal

 

Don't worry, if your order is affected by public holidays your food will be safe in our freezer, shipped on the next possible day and arrive frozen and you don't need to do anything.

We do not ship from Fresh Chef the day of and day prior to Public Holidays. Most public Holidays in NZ are Mondays with the exception of Matariki, Good Friday & Canterbury Anniversary which also effects our shipping.

Matariki, Good Friday, Canterbury Anniversary Friday (2nd Friday in November): 

We do not ship to the South Island (or orders that usually come on NZ Post) on the Thursday prior to these dates.

So if your subscription usually arrives on a Friday - you will not receive it unless you change your order day to the Monday prior. 

All other NZ Public Holidays fall on Mondays.
