We take Gluten Allergies seriously.
✓ = No added Gluten.
Fresh Chef Frozen Meals are manufactured in a facility which produces products that contain Gluten. This is one of the reasons we cannot guarantee the meals won't contain traces of Gluten.
Furthermore, because we are a busy Restaurant Kitchen that may from time to time need to substitute ingredients, we refrain from claiming that our meals have no gluten in them, so we strongly recommend that Celiacs or people with any kind of chronic gluten sensitivity - avoid our consuming any of the Fresh Chef meal range.
Our meals with no intentionally added Gluten (with a ✓ symbol) are designed for the person who wishes to avoid gluten for other purposes ~ outside of Celiac disease or a sensitivity to gluten that may cause harm.
We may call the meals with no intentionally added gluten, "Gluten Friendly" for people who have a friendly relationship with Gluten: not to be confused with "Gluten Free" - we may also use the "✓" symbol.
